1 October Memorial Survey

Focus groups helped to generate specific ideas to address different aspects of a permanent 1 October memorial. Their ideas are embodied in this survey, which will take approximately five minutes to complete and will close on August 15. With your input, the committee will develop a request for proposals from contractors who will design and construct the permanent memorial.
