2023 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Candlelight Vigil

During 2023 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, the Office for Victims of Crime will host a Candlelight Vigil on the National Mall in Washington, DC, to pay tribute to crime victims and those who advocate on their behalf.

In recognition of this year’s theme—Survivor Voices: Elevate. Engage. Effect Change.—the vigil is an opportunity to commit to elevating and engaging survivors to lift their voices, inform policy and practice, and thereby effect change. For those unable to attend in-person, OVC plans to live stream the vigil.
