Clinician’s Pandemic Woes: Burnout, Fatigue and Re-entry Concerns

This training will address the challenges and opportunities that have come, in both our work and personal lives, from dealing with the pandemic. So Cal Route 91 Heals will identify symptoms of compassion fatigue and burnout and how to combat these issues. They will also address “Zoom Fatigue” and the toll our mental and physical bodies take being in front of a computer most of the day.

They will also address healthy boundaries, self-care, and issues related to re-entering society as many get vaccinated and we look ahead. They will talk about mindfulness in daily life and through meditation as well as other tools for caring for ourselves as we do our work through telehealth and the pandemic. They will practice a Mindful Compassion exercise and leave with tools to assist us as we move forward with our lives.

Spots are limited to 15 participants.
