Equine EMDR for Emergency Responders (Virtual)

Southern Nevada first responders (including police officers, dispatchers, emergency medical technicians, firefighters, coroners/medical examiners, and the Southern Nevada Health District) are invited to a virtual session all about equine EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), also known “Arena EMDR.” Join Terri Keener and Laura Higgins of the Stable Arena at Tranquility Ranch as they explore and discuss the following:

• What is Arena EMDR?
• What are the advantages of having horses as partners in EMDR?
• How is Arena EMDR beneficial for first responders?

You will also hear from a professional firefighter about his experience with Arena EMDR.
