Nevada Preparedness Summit 2023

The Nevada Emergency Preparedness Association will host its 2023 summit for the emergency response community with the theme of “Invest Yourself – Keep the Change.” Tennille Pereira, Director of the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center, will be a featured speaker. On March 21 at 3 p.m. PT, she will present “1 October Victim Services,” a review of the VSRC, how it came to be, the statutory changes that made it the state-wide victim assistance center, and what that means for emergency management.
