The Power of Love and Kindness

For thousands of years, the practice of gathering together to pray or meditate in order to help or change a situation has been practiced. We gather to practice this love and kindness meditation and share the message of love and kindness with others who may be in need or affected by trauma.

No religion, no worship, just simple well wishes—sent out in the most powerful way, by a group from their hearts. No special clothes, beliefs, or props needed. Joyce Bosen, creator of the TRY Method, invites you to show up as you are, sit comfortably, and repeat the well wishes together.

Joyce founded TRY with her husband as a way to overcome and thrive after experiencing trauma and PTSD firsthand. Their organization offered free classes across the Las Vegas community for those affected by the shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival and was presented with a 2017 Compassionate City Award by the mayor of Las Vegas.
