Route 91 Afternoon Support Group
This virtual group meets weekly, supporting those impacted by the Route 91 tragedy. This is a safe space to heal and be supported by others who understand what you are going through.
Every meeting will have a short teaching followed by an optional time for participants to share what is on their minds. Participants are welcome to listen only. Topics covered include triggers, coping methods, dealing with family members who do not understand, minimizing anxiety, and other issues that support your next phase of healing.
Please feel free to pass along group registration information only to those impacted by Route 91. We are an open group in that people can join anytime and attend one or all meetings. We meet on Zoom in a password-protected meeting. Log in details will be emailed once you register.
The group is facilitated by Certified Life Coach Alice Goldstein, MA, in cooperation with the Resiliency & Justice Center. For more information, please email LifeCoachAlice@gmail.com.
