Route 91 Remembrance Meditation

To remember is to honor those who were lost and a gentle reminder to let go. But that’s not always easy to do when the memory stems from a traumatic incident, such as the Route 91 tragedy.

During these two in-person sessions on October 5 and 12, we will explore where we are still holding on to the pain and suffering from 1 October and how that trauma and stress continue to affect our lives today. We will use self-reflection, the power of our breath, and meditation to heal that which still haunts us. Join Catherine and Elizabeth Scherwenka for either or both of these sessions that will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and with a newfound sense of inner peace.

Catherine and Elizabeth were both part of the Wellness Recovery for Clark County after the 1 October incident. They have studied and trained for over 20 years at an academy in India and have dedicated their lives to helping humanity shift from stressful, anxious, lonely states to more connected, peaceful, joyful states.
