Give An Hour’s So Cal Route 91 Heals program offers this weekly online group using Zoom, facilitated by Stacy Sanderson, MS, LMFT, LPCC. The group is ongoing and you are welcome to join every week, or less often, whatever works best for you. Groups discuss emotional health, how to maintain wellness, the signs of emotional suffering, and how traumatic events can affect one’s wellness.
