What’s So Great About Being Grateful?
Did you know that being grateful has been scientifically proven to bring mental health and physical wellness? You feel more positive and elevated, dwelling more on joyful experiences rather than heavy, negative ones. Being grateful helps you deal with adversity and helps build stronger relationships. And the more grateful you are, the more likely you are to continue cultivating more and more gratitude, which will only bring more and more of the positive!
During this one-hour session, Catherine and Elizabeth Scherwenka will guide you through a beautiful experience of feeling a depth of gratitude for your physical body, remembering your radiance and health, leaving you filled with a sense of gratitude that will not only benefit you, but can elevate your family, community, co-workers, and others around you.
Catherine and Elizabeth were both part of the Wellness Recovery for Clark County after 1 October. They have studied and trained for over 20 years at an academy in India and have dedicated their lives to helping humanity shift from stressful, anxious, lonely states to more connected, peaceful, joyful states.
In addition to this event, Elizabeth and Catherine also offer no-cost meditation/mindfulness sessions to first responders and those in the Route 91 community who’ve been approved for integrative services through the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center. Click here to learn more.
